The role oversees end-to-end pharma projects for India and Emerging Markets, coordinating across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• PM certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is a plus.
• 4–6 years of pharma project management experience.
• Experience managing projects for Emerging Markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for pharma products for Emerging Markets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Packaging, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional review meetings and close action items.
• Track development activities, tech transfers, validations, stability studies, and timelines.
• Coordinate with international customers and business teams on status and milestones.
• Support regulatory submission planning and launch readiness.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and KPI presentations.
• Ensure GMP, regulatory and quality compliance.
• Provide updates to senior management and suggest corrective actions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Management Professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and coordinating pharmaceutical projects for India and Emerging Market customers, ensuring timely execution of product development, technology transfer, regulatory submissions, commercial launches, and supply chain activities.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Business Development, and external customers to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for pharmaceutical products intended for Emerging Markets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Packaging Development, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional project review meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Track product development activities, technology transfers, validation batches, stability studies, and commercialization timelines.
• Coordinate with international customers and business teams regarding project status, documentation, and milestone achievements.
• Support regulatory submission planning and launch readiness activities for various Emerging Markets.
• Prepare project dashboards, management reports, and KPI presentations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, regulatory, and company quality standards.
• Provide project updates to senior management and recommend corrective actions where required.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering)
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be an added advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum exposure to Project Management, Product Development, Technology Transfer, Manufacturing Coordination, or Commercialization Projects.
• Experience handling projects for Emerging Markets is preferred.

Experience in API, Oral solids, injectables, or other pharmaceutical dosage forms will be advantageous
