Job summary

Pelltech Healthcare in Pune seeks a fresh B.Pharm graduate to join our Product Development team. You will support end-to-end pharmaceutical development, ensure regulatory alignment, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.

Responsibilities include assisting R&D initiation, process validation, dossier readiness, and supplier/vendor coordination for APIs, excipients, and BE studies, with emphasis on timely procurement and documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end pharmaceutical development coordination and ensure regulatory alignment.

• Assist in identifying, evaluating and finalizing API vendors.
• Procure R&D essentials including APIs, excipients and RLDs.
• Coordinate BE studies with CROs and literature/IP reviews.
• Monitor procurement schedules for materials used in process validation.
• Maintain project documentation and track action items.

Job description

We are seeking a fresher with a B.Pharm qualification to join our Product Development team. The role involves supporting the end-to-end coordination of pharmaceutical development projects, ensuring regulatory alignment, smooth interdepartmental collaboration, and timely achievement of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing the complete product development cycle—from R&D initiation to process validation and readiness of dossier, ensuring timeline adherence and departmental coordination.

Support in identifying, evaluating, and finalizing API vendors based on some factors.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of R&D essentials including APIs, excipients, and reference listed drugs (RLDs).

Facilitate the procurement of RLDs for both R&D and bioequivalence (BE) studies.

Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, QA/QC, RA, Supply Chain, and Production) to address ongoing requirements.

Coordinate with patent consultants for literature and IP reviews, and with CROs for BE application documents.

Monitor and track procurement schedules for materials required in process validation batches.

Maintain clear project documentation, and support tracking of action items.
