Peoplefy is seeking a Senior Project Leader in Structural Steel Detailing to oversee a portfolio of detailing projects. You will drive delivery excellence, mentor PM teams, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met across multiple engagements.

The role requires deep Tekla Structures expertise, BIM coordination, and proven leadership across distributed teams; PMP credentials are a plus. Strong client engagement and strategic planning will be key to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 16+ years of experience in Structural Steel Detailing, VDC, or BIM.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading project management teams.
• Expert knowledge of Tekla Structures and structural steel detailing workflows.
• Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AISC, NISD, AWS, ASTM standards.
• Experience in Design Assist, Design-Build, or IPD projects.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple Structural Steel Detailing projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, scope, and budget adherence.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Team Leaders, and project teams.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project performance, productivity, financial health, and resource utilization.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a senior point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technical Managers to ensure technical consistency, BIM coordination, and constructability.
• Identify and resolve project risks, escalations, and delivery challenges.
• Lead project reviews, financial reviews, and portfolio performance discussions.
• Drive standardized project management practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support strategic business pursuits, proposals, client presentations, and workforce planning.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing project management culture.

• Strong expertise in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
• Expert knowledge of Tekla Structures and structural steel detailing workflows.
• Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, constructability, and BIM coordination.
• Knowledge of AISC, NISD, AWS, ASTM, and applicable construction standards.
• Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and performance reporting.
• Exposure to Design Assist, Design-Build, or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
