A US base Construction company in Pune is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple Structural Steel Detailing projects, mentor Project Managers and drive consistent project execution across a portfolio.

The role requires 16+ years in Structural Steel Detailing / VDC / BIM, expert Tekla Structures knowledge, and strong client-facing skills. US project experience is mandatory; PMP certification is preferred. This position is based in Pune with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• 16+ years of experience in Structural Steel Detailing / VDC / BIM.
• Experience managing multiple projects and PM teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Expert knowledge of Tekla Structures.
• Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, constructability and BIM coordination.
• Knowledge of AISC, NISD, AWS and ASTM standards.
• Experience in scheduling, budgeting and resource planning.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• US project experience is mandatory.
