Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 16+ years of experience in Structural Steel Detailing or VDC.
• Expert-level Tekla Structures proficiency and BIM standards development ability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership across multiple Structural Steel Detailing projects and teams.
• Mentor Technical Managers and guide technical and project production teams.
• Establish and standardize detailing practices, BIM workflows, and quality processes.
• Review complex Tekla models, structural steel drawings, and detailing solutions.
• Lead constructability reviews, technical risk assessments, and QA/QC initiatives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations Leadership to improve project execution.
• Drive technical training, knowledge sharing, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and digital construction solutions.
• Support client meetings and major project pursuits through technical expertise.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager II to provide technical leadership across multiple Structural Steel Detailing projects. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, establish detailing and BIM standards, mentor technical leaders, and ensure high-quality, fabrication-ready deliverables across project teams.

• Review complex Tekla models, structural steel drawings, and detailing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 16+ years of experience in Structural Steel Detailing or VDC.
• Expert-level knowledge of Tekla Structures.
• Strong experience in BIM Management, Model Review, and Digital Delivery.
• Expertise in Constructability Reviews, QA/QC Systems, and Technical Governance.
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Revit.
• Experience developing and implementing detailing and BIM standards across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Construction and Tekla Open API, automation, or scripting.
• Proven ability to mentor technical leaders and drive organizational development.
