Job summary

AKMV Consultants Pvt Ltd seeks qualified professionals for large commercial development projects in Mumbai. Candidates must have PMC experience and deliver end-to-end project management across all lifecycle stages, including pre-construction.

Strong client, stakeholder and team leadership, plus excellent communication and presentation skills, are essential. Post-graduate qualification in Construction Management or MBA/PGDM is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience with PMCs; developers/contractors excluded without PMC background.
• Experience on large commercial projects (min 5 L sqft) end-to-end delivery.
• End-to-end exposure across the entire project lifecycle, including construction execution.
• Hands-on pre-construction experience is mandatory for both positions.
• Excellent client, stakeholder and team management, and presentation skills.
• Independently managed senior-level client interactions with consultants and contractors.
• Education should be post-graduation; NICMAR or equivalent preferred.

• Project Type: Large Commercial Development (Composite Structure)

Mandatory Screening Criteria

• Candidate should have experience working with PMCs.
• Candidates from Developers, Builders, Contractors or EPC organizations will not be considered, without relevant PMC experience.
• Strong experience in handling large commercial projects is mandatory (minimum 5 L sqft, end to end delivery).
• Commercial project exposure should cover the entire project lifecycle, including:
• Construction Execution
• Hands-on experience in Pre-Construction is absolutely mandatory for both positions.
• Candidate should possess excellent:

• Team Management
• Communication & Presentation Skills
• Candidate should have independently managed senior-level client interactions and coordination with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Experience mentioned in the JD is the minimum eligibility criteria and ideally should be post completion of Graduation.
• Educational qualification is mandatory:
• PG in Construction Management (NICMAR or equivalent) / MBA / PGDM from a recognized and affiliated institute.
• Construction Management course should be of a minimum 2-year duration.
