Job summary

AKMV Consultants is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager with PMC exposure to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large commercial developments. The role requires hands-on pre‑construction involvement and strong client, stakeholder, and team management skills.

The ideal candidate has experience managing senior‑level client interactions, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience with PMCs and end‑to‑end delivery of large commercial projects.
• Minimum 5 L sqft experience on large commercial projects.
• Hands-on pre-construction experience is mandatory.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Educational qualifications as specified: PG in Construction Management / MBA or PGDM; 2-year duration.

• Project Type: Large Commercial Development (Composite Structure)
  

Mandatory Screening Criteria

• Candidate should have experience working with PMCs.
  
• Candidates from Developers, Builders, Contractors or EPC organizations will not be considered, without relevant PMC experience.
  
• Strong experience in handling large commercial projects is mandatory (minimum 5 L sqft, end to end delivery).
  
• Commercial project exposure should cover the entire project lifecycle, including:
  
• Construction Execution
  
• Hands-on experience in Pre-Construction is absolutely mandatory for both positions.

• PG in Construction Management (NICMAR or equivalent) / MBA / PGDM from a recognized and affiliated institute.
  
• Construction Management course should be of a minimum 2-year duration.
