Indovance Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer in Pune to lead land development projects. The role requires expertise in Civil 3D, site planning, grading, drainage analyses, and hydrographic assessments for residential and commercial developments.

The candidate will ensure compliance with codes and standards, manage projects to meet deadlines, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with clients. USA project exposure is a plus; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in land development projects.
• Experience with USA land development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with Civil 3D software and civil engineering practices.
• Prepare site plans, grading plans, drainage area maps, and hydrologic analyses.
• Manage residential and commercial site development projects.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements and codes; strong engineering fundamentals.
• Lead project delivery on time and to client expectations.
• Mentor junior team members and interns; prepare concept and detailed designs.
• Provide technical support to graduate engineers and conduct client meetings.
