Indovance Inc in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking a Civil Designer – Survey drafting with 2-5 years of design experience and BE Civil qualification. The role focuses on land surveying drafting for US projects, requiring proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Carlson Survey, and readiness for night shift IST.

You will handle boundary/topographic plans, ALTA and as-built plans, process point clouds, and collaborate with clients to ensure designs meet specifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum of 2-5 years of Design experience
• Previous experience in Drafting - Land Surveying projects. (USA)
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ready for night shift 4:00 pm IST to 1:00 am IST.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with Civil 3D and Carlson Survey software.
• Produce boundary, topo, ALTA, and as-built plans; process point clouds.
• Work on residential and commercial survey projects.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements and standards.
• Manage projects to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Provide technical support and coordinate client meetings.
