Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Civil 3D software and civil engineering practices.
• Site plan, grading plan preparation, pavement design; pre- and post-condition drainage area maps and site hydrologic analysis; storm water hydraulic analysis; underground utility plan preparation (water/sewer); erosion control plans; storm water management plans and reports (design of detention ponds).
• Experience in working on residential and commercial site development projects.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to client expectations.
• Mentor junior members of project teams and interns.
• Prepare engineering concept plans, detailed design plans, and manage documentation.
• Provide technical support to graduate engineers.
• Conduct meetings with the client.
