Job summary

Imperative Business Ventures in Pune is seeking a Junior QA for a 1-year contract to support Transaction Banking UAT. You will assist in test-case prep, data prep, UAT execution, and defect logging under supervision.

Experience in QA/UAT, banking operations, and use of JIRA/SQL tools is preferred. Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication are important for success in this role.

Qualifications

Job Description

Employment Type: 1-year contractual position with possibility of extensionDomain: Banking experience mandatory; Transaction Banking experience preferredRole Summary:Support test-case preparation, test-data preparation, functional UAT execution, regression testing, evidence capture, defect logging, retesting, progress reporting, and UAT completion activities under the guidance of the UAT Lead or Senior Tester.

Requirements

• JIRA or comparable test-management and defect tools
• SQL, spreadsheets, Postman, or similar tools where relevant to the assigned function
• Strong documentation, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication
