Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Lead/Head - (Data Center) for Vizag to drive end-to-end delivery across civil, electrical, HVAC, ELV/BMS and IT systems. You will plan, coordinate and oversee testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring projects meet timelines, cost and quality objectives.

The role requires 8+ years in DC projects and 20+ years overall in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical engineering, with completion of end-to-end data centre delivery for at least 4 facilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Centre projects.
• Total experience of 20+ years in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical domains.
