Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Chennai is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in executing data centre projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will assist in day-to-day management, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, monitor schedules, and support installation and coordination of UPS, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, BMS, and ELV systems.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data centre infrastructure and MEP systems.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of data centre construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedule and track progress.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Track materials, manpower, and work fronts.
