Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Chennai is seeking a Planning Manager for a data center project to drive schedule from mobilization to handover. You will coordinate with MEP, BMS, IT, civil and vendor teams to hit milestones and ensure on-time commissioning readiness.

The role demands 12+ years total experience with 5+ years in data center projects, strong Primavera/P6 skills, and a civil engineering background (Diploma/ BE). End-to-end delivery of at least 3 data centers is preferred.
