Job summary

Planning Manager - (Data Center Project) role in Chennai at Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for developing, monitoring and controlling the project schedule from mobilization to handover, coordinating with MEP, BMS, IT, civil and vendor teams to achieve milestones.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Data Centre projects, and proficiency in Primavera P6; BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering, and prior end-to-end delivery of at least three data centres.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Centre projects and 12+ years total experience.
• Experience using Primavera/P6 scheduling software.
• Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
• End-to-end delivery of at least 3 data centres.

Responsibilities
