Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Vizag is looking for an experienced Planning Manager for Data Center projects. You will develop, monitor and control schedules from mobilization to handover, coordinating with MEP, BMS, IT, civil and vendor teams to hit milestones.

With 12+ years of overall experience and 5+ years in data centre projects, you will forecast resources, plan long-lead materials, generate dashboards and maintain planning documentation, including S-curves and MIS reports, ensuring commissioning

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Centre projects and 12+ years total experience.
• Experience in using MSP software.
• Diploma/ BE in Civil Engineering.
• End-to-end delivery of at least 3 data centres.
