Job summary

Everest Technical Services, an Ireland-headquartered digital engineering and construction consultancy, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Lead - Civil with 10 to 15 years of hands-on Revit-based modeling experience for civil and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical BIM capabilities, experience with point cloud processing, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines.

Preference for candidates familiar with ISO 19650 and cloud-based collaboration tools such as BIM 360

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10 - 15 years of BIM experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Experience with Scan-to-BIM workflows and point cloud processing.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem solving.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Lead - Civil with 10 to 15 years of hands‑on experience in Revit-based modeling for civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of Scan-to-BIM workflows, 3D modeling of civil assets, and coordination across disciplines. This role requires an individual with strong technical capabilities in BIM software and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle Project Management activities independently, including managing a team, from project kickoff through successful delivery.
• Develop high-quality 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for civil infrastructure projects including drainage, utilities, site development, and external works.
• Work with point cloud data (Scan-to-BIM) to model existing conditions and integrate laser scan outputs into Revit and Civil 3D environments.
• Interpret and process LiDAR scans, photogrammetry, and other survey data to create accurate as-built models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, MEP, structural) to ensure accurate model coordination and clash-free design.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks Manage.
• Produce construction documentation including plans, sections, and details directly from BIM models.
• Adhere to and help enforce BIM execution plans, project standards, and quality checks.
• Maintain model accuracy and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project delivery using BIM 360 / ACC or similar collaboration platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10 - 15 years of relevant BIM experience in structural / civil projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Understanding of local and international standards (e.g., AASHTO, BS, Eurocodes).
• Strong experience with Scan-to-BIM workflows, point cloud processing, and as-built modeling.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D, Navisworks, and reality capture tools such as ReCap, Leica Cyclone, or Faro Scene.
• Familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., BIM 360 / Autodesk
