Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced BIM Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in Revit‑based modeling for civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of Scan‑to‑BIM workflows, 3D modeling of civil assets, and coordination across disciplines. This role requires an individual with strong technical capabilities in BIM software and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high‑quality 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for civil infrastructure projects including drainage, utilities, site development, and external works.
- Work with point cloud data (Scan‑to‑BIM) to model existing conditions and integrate laser scan outputs into Revit and Civil 3D environments.
- Interpret and process LiDAR scans, photogrammetry, and other survey data to create accurate as‑built models.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, MEP, structural) to ensure accurate model coordination and clash‑free design.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks Manage.
- Produce construction documentation including plans, sections, and details directly from BIM models.
- Adhere to and help enforce BIM execution plans, project standards, and quality checks.
- Maintain model accuracy and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project delivery using BIM 360 / ACC or similar collaboration platforms.
