Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expansive strategy research and insights experience and a consulting mindset. The candidate will play an instrumental role in servicing the surge in demand without losing time and quality. The designation will be Project Lead and the reporting will be to the Group Head.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant research/advisory/consulting experience, hired through lateral hiring.
• Post Graduate from a Tier 1 B school along with 4‑6 years of overall experience in any industry.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Having emerging expertise in one or more content area or categories.
• Managing a project end‑to‑end and supporting Client Servicing Officers (CSOs) in drafting client proposals.
• Making significant contributions to the design of the analytical approach and work plan.
• Being responsible for smooth project operations – overall project quality and productivity of teams.

Client Management

• Understanding the client objective and managing client expectations on projects along with the Project Manager/CSO.
• Leading client calls wherever required.

People Management

• Managing a project team – providing regular feedback and offering step‑up opportunities (where applicable) to team members on projects.
• Mentoring individuals, apart from project teams, in their career and professional aspiration.

Other Initiatives

• Participating in organization‑improvement initiatives and activities such as knowledge management.
• Conducting skill‑based internal training sessions independently.
• Helping the organization in scaling up by actively participating in recruitment drives at the premises or on campus.
