Job summary

GoodSpace AI is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead project execution for large-scale industrial developments in Gujarat. The role demands hands-on leadership, on-site management, and a track record of independent project delivery with EPC contracting experience.

Candidates should have 14-21 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a B.E./B.Tech degree, and be willing to work on-site at Dahej, Hazira, or Mundra. PMC backgrounds are not considered.

Qualifications

• Must have end-to-end independent project handling & leadership experience on-site.
• Must have Main Contractor / EPC Contracting experience.
• Candidates with strictly PMC / Consultancy backgrounds will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive complete site execution within budget, quality, and safety parameters.
• Prepare project schedules, resource deployment plans, and manage subcontractor performance.
• Oversee site QA/QC, cost control, cash flow monitoring, and contract management.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely handover.

Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer with a track record of leading large-scale Industrial, Factory, Warehouse, & PEB projects from the Contractor side

We are looking for hands‑on, high‑ownership leaders to drive end‑to‑end site execution for major industrial developments across Gujarat (Dahej, Hazira, Mundra).

Role Highlights & Must-Haves:

• Role: Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM / GM - Project Execution
• Experience Required: 14-21 Years
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Locations: Dahej / Hazira / Mundra, Gujarat (On-site)
• Mandatory Background: Must have Main Contractor / EPC Contracting experience.
• Non-Negotiable: End-to‑end independent project handling & leadership experience on‑site.
