Job summary

SOBHA invites an experienced Civil Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of high-rise residential projects in India, overseeing planning, execution, and handover. You will drive timelines, safety, cost, and productivity while coordinating with design, procurement, planning, commercial, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in construction project delivery, with at least 5 years in precast high-rise projects, and a proven track record of delivering

• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, cost control, and team leadership.

Candidate Profile

Strong expertise in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, cost control, and team leadership.

Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use high-rise developments.
