Job summary

Sobha Ltd. in Gurgaon is seeking a seasoned Project Head to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale high-rise residential developments. You will drive end-to-end delivery from planning to handover, coordinating with design, procurement, planning, commercial and MEP teams.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in construction project delivery, hands-on precast high-rise experience, and a proven track record in contractor-led delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of construction project delivery experience.
