Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a senior role in Mumbai within the renewables finance space. The position focuses on preparing lender materials, modelling projects for bank launches, and coordinating with lenders, internal teams, and external legal advisers.

The successful candidate will manage debt proposals, ensure timely disbursements, and maintain compliance with CPs/CSs while liaising with rating agencies. A background in renewable fundraising and stakeholder coordination is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lender collaterals in coordination with internal teams for debt proposals.
• Build financial models for projects for launch with banks / FIs.
• Handle lender information requests to secure facility sanction.
• Coordinate facility documentation with lenders and legal teams.
• Ensure disbursement requirements are met and facilities disbursed.
• Comply CPs and CSs including mortgage creation.
• Coordinate working capital and non-fund based facilities with lenders.
• Arrange mezzanine debt for the hold company.
• Liaise with CRAs (CRISIL, ICRA, CARE).
• Maintain information templates and trackers for reporting.

Job Description

1. Preparation of lender collaterals in coordination with internal teams for various debt proposals.
2. Preparation of financial models for projects for launch with banks / FIs.
3. Handling lender information requests and queries to ensure sanction of facilities as required.
4. Working with lenders and internal / external legal teams to coordinate facility documentation.
5. Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to comply with disbursement requirements and ensure disbursement of various facilities.
6. Compliance of CPs and CSs including mortgage creation.
7. Working with lenders / other stakeholders to sanction / set-up working capital facilities and non-fund based facilities as required.
8. Arranging the mezzanine debt for the hold company.
9. Interaction with the Credit Rating Agencies (CRISIL, ICRA, CARE etc.)

Other activities

1. Maintaining of information templates and trackers as required from time to time.
2. Preparation of internal reporting / review formats from time to time for management review.
