Role – Asst Manager Project Finance

Responsibilities

• Assist in the structuring and closing of financing (debt and equity) for solar projects
• Perform research, financial analysis, modelling/review and synthesize work by various functional teams within the solar business
• Assist in the entire fund raise life cycle from – due diligence, close process, pre and post funding support, refinancing
• Coordinating for periodic monitoring of covenants, information and other requirements
• Assist in credit rating for existing and new projects
• Assist with market tracking and research – macro economic developments, competitor strategies
• Liaisoning with Banks/Financials Institutions for ongoing Fund-raising Projects

Candidate Profile

• CA or MBA with 3-5 years’ experience in Corporate Treasury & Fund raising of Mid to Large size organization
• Prior Experience in infrastructure project finance with banks, renewable energy developers will be added advantage
• Quantitative analytical capabilities – ability to build financial models
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work with multiple stake holders with a solution-oriented approach
