Job summary

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree or diploma, 3–6 years of site experience, and strong coordination skills to ensure milestones are met with quality and safety compliance.

The Engineer – Execution supports site construction activities by supervising works, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring execution as per drawings, quality standards and safety norms. The role assists senior engineers and site leads in achieving project milestones.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

• ? Reduce material wastage and rework
• ? Support productivity and cost control
• ? Assist in achieving billing and milestone targets
• ? Monitor material consumption at site

• ? Ensure works are executed as per committed timelines and quality
• ? Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections
• ? Support resolution of site-level issues
• ? Improve stakeholder satisfaction through disciplined execution

Internal Process Perspective

• ? Supervise day-to-day construction activities
• ? Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety norms
• ? Coordinate with QA/QC, safety and MEP teams
