The role requires 3–8 years in BMS project execution, a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, and strong communication, coordination and project management skills for collaboration with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in BMS project execution and handover.
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience in BMS site/project execution.
• Experience in client, consultant and subcontractor coordination.
• Good understanding of QA/QC and EHS requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned BMS engineering projects.
• Manage end-to-end project execution and handover activities.
• Review engineering tasks and initiate necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Ensure availability of required equipment for BMS project execution.
• Coordinate with Electrical, QA/QC and EHS teams for safe and proper execution.
• Liaise with clients and consultants for BMS project activities.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager for labour allocation and site requirements.
• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Support project completion and BMS handover activities.
