Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a seasoned project management professional with proven experience in the Defence domain to lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex integration programs.

You will coordinate interfaces, perform data analysis on interfaces such as MIL STD 1553B, Ethernet, and RS-422/RS-232, ensure EMI/EMC compliance, and oversee FATs, site trials, and documentation while maintaining strong stakeholder communications. Experience with radar, weapons and sensors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Managing teams across the project execution value chain
• Fault finding, analysis, resolution;
• Analysis and planning of new system integration
• Setting up interface units to establish communication with legacy systems
• Data analysis of interfaces ATM (STM-1), RS422 / RS232, SDLC, MIL STD 1553B, Ethernet, Synchro and Resolver
• Understanding of EMI / EMC requirements
• Experience of various Radars, weapons & sensors and System Integration
• Adaptable to managing change requirements
• Carrying out STW, FATs, Site trials together with OEMs and other associated agencies involved in the project
• Create & maintain Documentation
• Effective communicator with good stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across the project execution value chain.
• Identify fault causes and drive resolutions.
• Plan system integration across subsystems.
• Set up interfaces to connect legacy systems.
• Analyze data for interfaces like ATM, RS422/RS232, MIL STD 1553B, Ethernet.
• Ensure EMI/EMC compliance.
• Coordinate with OEMs and agencies for site trials.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders effectively.
