Job description

• Provide technical leadership and domain expertise in advanced radar technologies and RF systems.
• Work closely with engineering and R&D teams on radar system design, development, testing, validation, and optimization.
• Contribute hands‑on technical expertise in radar architecture, RF front‑end technologies, signal processing, tracking & detection systems, EW concepts, antenna & propagation systems, and radar performance analysis.
• Support indigenous technology development and advanced defence programs.
• Guide RF lab troubleshooting, experimentation, and technical evaluations.
• Mentor engineering teams and support technical knowledge‑building initiatives.
• Review technical proposals, specifications, and system‑level documentation.
