Job summary

DHR Holding India is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to collaborate with suppliers to assure product quality and support improvements in production processes. The role is based in Pune, on-site, within the Custom Engineering organization.

You will monitor supplier performance, lead NC investigations and corrective actions, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related issues while supporting NPI and continuous manufacturing at supplier locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, QA, or Supplier Development.
• Experience with fabrication, machining, welding, pressure vessels, skids, piping, or electromechanical assemblies.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive improvement actions.
• Lead supplier non-conformance investigations and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, and RCA.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and follow-up activities; support qualification of new suppliers and supplier development.
• Review supplier documentation, inspection records, and quality data.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve supplier-related issues.
• Analyze supplier performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and continuous manufacturing at supplier locations.

Who you are
