Job summary

GLOINNT Solutions Bengaluru seeks an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to evaluate suppliers, perform first article inspections, and verify supplier documentation to ensure quality and delivery standards. You will manage SQN, monitor KPIs like OTD, DPMO, COPQ, and lead CAPA/SCAR, APQP, and PPAP initiatives with suppliers.

Applicants should have a Mechanical Engineering degree and 4–8 years in supplier quality, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BE / BTech / ME / MTech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–8 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing practices.
• Hands-on experience with CAPA, SCAR, APQP, PPAP.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 standards.
• Expertise in GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a structured and self-organized approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a disciplined team.
