Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Project Engineer - Mechanical to lead MEP execution for industrial projects and PEB facilities in India. You will coordinate civil, electrical and architectural interfaces and drive constructability reviews.

The role emphasizes initial design development, compliance reviews, shop drawing approvals, on-site installation and rigorous handover with complete documentation.

Qualifications

• This role requires BE Mechanical with 8–10 years of experience in mechanical execution for Industrial/PEB projects.
• Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
• Excellent organizational, motivational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in initial design development of MEP services and assess constructability.
• Review compliance and obtain approvals in time.
• Coordinate with all disciplines of Services Design; ensure shop drawings are submitted and approved.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of electrical/HVAC/plumbing/firefighting equipment.
• Manage handovers with all documents, manuals and test certificates; initiate training for handover.
