Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Engineer - Electrical to lead electrical execution on industrial/PEB projects in Maharashtra. The role requires coordinating with civil teams and contractors to ensure seamless on-site delivery and stringent QA/QC of all electrical works.

The ideal candidate holds a BE in Electrical and 8–10 years of industrial experience, with strong communication and organizational abilities to drive quality and timely completion.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical with 8–10 years of experience in electrical execution for industrial/PEB projects.
• Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills; strong attention to detail and observation ability; outstanding communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review MEP/Electrical drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate with Contractor for smooth execution of works.
• Coordinate with Civil activities for proper sequencing and execution at site.
• Maintain QA/QC for all works and review drawings with respect to Civil drawings.
• Review material at site to ensure compliance with BOQ specs and quantities.
• Ensure work execution at site complies with approved drawings and quality parameters.
• Ensure regular measurement of completed work for billing and certify measurements.
