Job summary

Success Group in Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a Project Engineer – Civil, PEB & Site Development with 7–10+ years of experience to manage end-to-end site execution for upcoming industrial projects. The role covers Civil works, PEB construction, infrastructure and site development, ensuring quality, budget and schedule compliance.

You will coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors, prepare BOQs and cost estimates, and monitor safety on site, at a full-time on-site location

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• 7–10+ years of relevant construction experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial sheds, PEB buildings, warehouses or industrial parks is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing and quantity surveying.
• Able to read architectural, structural and PEB drawings and execute accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Civil, PEB and Site Development works.
• Supervise RCC foundations, pedestals, flooring, walls, roads and drainage.
• Coordinate PEB fabrication/erection, roofing and cladding activities.
• Review drawings before and during execution to ensure compliance with specs.
• Plan and monitor construction schedules and procurement to meet timelines.
• Maintain progress reports, site documentation and project records.
• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards on site.

Success Group is looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Civil, PEB & Site Development to manage the execution of our upcoming industrial projects in Chakan, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, including Civil works, PEB construction, infrastructure and site development, while ensuring projects are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Civil, PEB and Site Development works.
• Execute industrial sheds, warehouses, factory buildings and associated infrastructure works.
• SuperviseRCC foundations, pedestals, industrial flooring, office buildings, compound walls, roads, storm-water drainage and other civil works.
• Coordinate and supervisePEB fabrication/erection, roofing, cladding and associated works.
• Review architectural, structural, civil and PEB drawings before and during execution.
• Coordinate witharchitects, structural consultants, PEB vendors, contractors and other agencies.
• Prepare/checkBOQs, quantity estimates, rate analysis and cost estimates.
• Verify contractor measurements, running bills and final bills.
• Preparework orders for contractors/vendorsand monitor work against agreed scope, rates and timelines.
• Plan and monitor construction schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate material requirements, procurement planning and site availability.
• Monitor project costs and control wastage and unnecessary expenditure.
• Ensure workmanship and materials meet requiredquality standards and specifications.
• Ensure implementation ofsite safety proceduresand safe working practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site execution issues.
• Monitor contractor manpower, machinery and productivity.
• Maintaindaily/weekly progress reports, measurement records, site documentation and project records.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and project handover activities.
• Take responsibility for other construction and project-related activities assigned by management.
  

Candidate Requirements

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum7–10+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong experience inindustrial sheds, PEB buildings, warehouses, factories or industrial parksis highly preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge ofCivil + PEB execution and site development.
• Strong knowledge ofBOQ, estimation, billing, quantity surveying and contractor management.
• Ability to understand and execute work according to architectural, structural and PEB drawings.
• Good working knowledge ofAutoCAD, MS Excel and project reporting.
• Strong leadership, site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently handle contractors, vendors and multiple site activities.
• Willingness to work full-time at project sites inChakan, Pune.
  

Preferred Candidate

Preference will be given to candidates who have independently handled industrial/PEB projects from initial site development and foundations through PEB erection, finishing and project handover.

Candidates with previous project experience in Chakan, Talegaon, Ranjangaon, PCMC or other industrial areas around Pune will be preferred.

Immediate joiners / candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
