Job summary

Johnson Controls in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, and execution of Data Center projects. You will install complex field devices, perform commissioning activities, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 4 years’

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Center projects, BMS, ELV, HVAC Controls, Building Automation Systems, or Critical Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation and commissioning activities for Data Center systems.
• Configure and commission field devices using standard engineering tools.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system-related issues during project execution.
• Attend and resolve customer complaints and warranty-related service calls.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and commissioning records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures on site.
