Install, configure, and commission complex system field devices (BMS/Fire/Security/HVAC controls as applicable).
Perform system testing, calibration, and validation using standard JCI tools and processes.
Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal performance.
Respond to and resolve basic warranty/service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure execution as per project schedule.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers on job progress, risks, and escalations.
Ensure compliance with JCI quality, safety, and operational standards at all times.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as commissioning reports, service logs, and checklists.
Support handover activities and ensure customer satisfaction post-installation.
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (2-year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in installation and commissioning of building systems or industrial automation.
Basic understanding of control systems, field devices, wiring, and networking fundamentals.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system-level issues in field environments.
Familiarity with commissioning tools and testing equipment preferred.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Knowledge of HVAC / BMS / Fire & Security Systems (as per project scope).
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
