Job summary

JITO requires an Entry-Level Pipeline Installation professional to support the execution and onsite activities for pipeline projects in Surat. The role focuses on ensuring IBR standard compliance, reviewing routing and drawings, and coordinating with SAP-based procurement and documentation.

You will assist in material planning, tracking status, and daily reporting while ensuring safety and proper site management. Onsite work is expected with frequent client-site visits in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Assist in reviewing pipeline routing, drawings (P&ID, GA, Isometric) and route planning.
• Ensure compliance with IBR standards and verify material specifications and certifications.
• Prepare material requirement lists and raise PRs in SAP.
• Track material status and support in billing activities and project handover.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pipeline routing reviews and drawings (P&ID, GA, Isometric) readiness.
• Prepare material requirement lists and raise PRs in SAP.
• Track and update material status as instructed.
• Supervise pipeline erection and ensure quality through QAP and hydrotesting.
• Coordinate IBR inspections and maintain safety documentation.
• Conduct toolbox talks and manage site manpower planning.
• Share daily progress, DPRs and manpower updates with the reporting person.
• Support drawing submission, measurement verification, and project handover.
• Maintain reporting sheets and formats as per instructions.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by management.
