Job summary

Jain International Trade Organisation - India in Surat is seeking an entry-level Junior Pipeline Installer to support IBR-compliant pipeline installation onsite. The role involves reviewing drawings, preparing BOMs, and coordinating material procurement.

You will work under supervision, perform toolbox talks, track progress, and assist in project handover while maintaining safety standards and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role in pipeline installation.
• Must comply with IBR standards and verify material specifications.
• Assist in reviewing pipeline routing and drawings (P&ID, GA, Isometric).
• Handle processes related to IBR drawings and documentation.
• Prepare material requirement lists and raise PRs in SAP.
• Track and update material status as instructed.
• Support safety and quality compliance activities on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing pipeline routing, drawings (P&ID, GA, Isometric), and route planning.
• Handle all processes related to IBR drawings, including preparation, submission, approval follow-ups, and documentation.
• Prepare material requirement lists and raise PRs in SAP.
• Track and update material status as instructed.
• Supervise pipeline erection, supports, and ensure quality compliance through QAP, NDT, and hydrotesting.
• Coordinate IBR inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks, monitor PPE usage, and manage site manpower planning.
• Share daily progress, manpower updates, and DPRs with the reporting person.
• Support drawing submission, measurement verification, billing activities, and project handover.
• Maintain reporting sheets and formats as per instructions.
• Carry out any other tasks or instructions assigned by the reporting person/Management
