• Develop comprehensive Project Planning schedules, including milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Manage and control project budgets through proactive Budget Management, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Facilitate CFT Coordination (Cross-Functional Team coordination).
• Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
