Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in Pune seeks a Project Engineer to manage engineering projects end-to-end from planning to handover. You will coordinate between design, production, and site teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost control.

The role requires 4+ years in project execution within manufacturing/engineering/EPC, hands-on AutoCAD and MS Office, and strong communication and leadership skills. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Production Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in project execution within manufacturing/engineering/EPC industries.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and execution processes.
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
• Good understanding of fabrication, erection, and commissioning processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects as per approved schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Prepare and review project drawings, technical documentation, and BOQs.
• Supervise fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities at the site.
• Ensure all work complies with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight critical issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Support material procurement and resource planning as per project requirements.
• Conduct final inspection, testing, and handover documentation.
