• Ensure production teams have the necessary inputs, specifications, and deadlines.
• Track project schedules, monitor progress, and flag delays or risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including briefs, status reports, meeting notes, and feedback logs.
• Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and mutual understanding between departments.
