Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil or relevant engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in defence/engineering projects.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, internal engineering, production, quality, procurement, and project management teams.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, Gantt charts, and milestone trackers.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate technical discussions, customer meetings, and project reviews.
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Follow up with customers for technical clarifications, document approvals, inspections, and sign-offs.
• Identify delays, risks, and issues and raise to management.
• Maintain trackers, action-item registers, and documentation records.
• Coordinate site visits and project activities at customer and manufacturing locations.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, confidentiality, and defence security protocols.

Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for project planning, customer coordination, technical documentation, progress monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with customers, internal engineering, production, quality, procurement, and project management teams.

Preferred Experience
