Job summary

Avians Innovations Technology in Pune, Maharashtra seeks an experienced Project Manager to solidify relationships with subcontractors and manage deliveries across PAN India. You will handle billing, scheduling, submittals, closeouts and cross-functional coordination with sales, operations and service teams to ensure on-time, within-budget project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, MEP or manufacturing industrial projects.
• Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Solidify & build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers;
• Manage project deliveries
• Billing
• Scheduling
• Managing the submittal and closeout process;
• Taking care of PAN India clients.
• Project coordination including RFIs and coordination drawings;
• Manpower control; Coordinate manpower as required with other projects in the company;
• Budgeting and cost control;
• Meets technical, contractual, schedule, budgetary and client service objectives for each project;
• Manage the project cycle for commercial energy storage projects
• Manages all phases of design and construction of Superchargers sites within a given territory
• Work cross functionally with sales, order operations and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process
• Identify and plan the needed resources by the optimum utilization of available funding and reserves
• Provide directions for subcontractors
• Monitor and communicate delivery
• Ensure compliance, handover and reporting procedures are followed
• Support the customer's acceptance process
• Ensure the relevant paperwork is dispatched in a timely manner to the administrative staff in charge of contracts and warranties
• Work closely with Channel Partners / Distributor to ensure implementation of project execution
• Confers with management
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements
• Assigns personnel to phases and elements
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance
• Completes technical studies
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculates time requirements,

• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving

• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends and recommending actions
