Job summary

CRA designs and manufactures custom-engineered systems for Energy and Defence sectors. As a Projects Engineer, you’ll support the end-to-end execution of CRA projects from handover to dispatch and commissioning.

You will coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams, track progress, and maintain documentation to ensure on-time delivery, quality and compliance across sites. Some travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in engineering or project execution roles.
• Strong technical fundamentals and good communication skills.
• Comfortable working across functions and on-ground coordination.
• Willingness to travel for site work as needed.

CRA designs and manufactures custom-engineered systems for the Energy and Defence sectors. We deliver complex projects end-to-end, entirely in-house — combining design, engineering, and manufacturing under one roof. Our systems are trusted by leading organisations including BrahMos Aerospace, ONGC, Indian Airforce, and Schlumberger.

Role Overview

As a Projects Engineer, you’ll work on the execution of live engineering projects — supporting the delivery of CRA systems from handover to dispatch and commissioning. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure our solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for early-career engineers looking to build a strong foundation in execution, coordination, and delivery.
