Job summary

Synergy Infratech Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a capable Project Engineer to coordinate and monitor multiple projects. You will prepare schedules, BOQs, and budgets, review ERP data, and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards at site locations.

You will interact with clients, oversee production and manpower planning, coordinate procurement, and drive cost-optimization initiatives. The role requires accurate documentation and collaboration with the Quality team to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• Experience with project scheduling and execution coordination.
• Knowledge of fabrication of structures, canopies, and acoustic enclosures.
• Male candidate only.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules, plans, coordinate execution, and monitor assigned projects.
• Prepare BOQs, finalize budgets, and review ERP data to track project progress.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications by reviewing designs, plans, and documentation.
• Interact daily with clients to understand requirements and represent them effectively at project sites.
• Manage production and manpower planning activities, conduct productivity analysis, and resolve operational issues.
• Plan and order the material in coordination with Purchase engineer to ensure all project requirement and schedule are met.
• Communicate with customer to get technical clarity details like Project specifications, Drawings and Standards.
• Set up Product BOM, drawings, specifications and all related technical data in ERP.
• Identifies opportunities for cost reduction and cost improvements area.
• Track maintain records of Project progress.
• Take the follow up Production and Quality team for project completion.
