Job summary

Wearch Developers invites a Project Engineer to oversee end-to-end project coordination, planning, and execution monitoring. The role emphasizes client communication, adherence to budget and timelines, and quality compliance across design, procurement, and site teams.

The candidate will lead kickoff meetings, review drawings and specifications, monitor procurement, and generate progress reports to ensure successful delivery within scope and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage overall project execution from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate between design, procurement, site execution, and client teams.
• Prepare project schedules, progress tracking reports, and execution plans.
• Conduct initial project kickoff meetings.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Conduct regular site reviews and monitor quality compliance and review quality checklists.
• Monitor procurement schedules.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are executed within approved budget and timelines.
• Lead coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports.
• Coordinate with design team and client for the material selections of the projects.
• Monitor project WhatsApp group and ensure timely replies for the queries raised
