Job summary

Success Group is seeking an experienced Civil/PEB Project Lead for industrial sheds and warehouses in Maharashtra. You will drive project planning, execution, site development, and external works, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors on active construction sites.

The role requires hands-on site orientation, reading civil, structural and PEB drawings, and strong skills in quantity surveying, billing, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial construction.
• Strong experience in PEB industrial sheds / warehouses.
• Good knowledge of RCC foundations and civil construction.
• Experience in site development and earthwork.
• Experience in industrial flooring.
• Ability to read civil, structural and PEB drawings.
• Experience in quantity measurement and billing.
• Experience managing subcontractors and labour.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Preferred candidate profile

Essential
