Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a candidate with experience in IBMS and basic design. The ideal applicant will have hands-on project management skills, including stakeholder management and coordination with vendors.

The role requires the ability to prepare draft invoices, manage project materials, and ensure timely deliveries. POC based project understanding and commissioning ability are also crucial. This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Qualifications

• Experience of Basic design and understanding of IBMS works.
• Hands-on experience on handling projects.
• Stakeholder management (Internal & external).
• Project Management Skills (PMP Certified preferred).
• Project Tracking and ordering of the materials.
• Ensuring all materials are delivered at site as per project requirement.
• Preparation of draft invoice, and with approval, coordination for timely submission of Invoice.
• PRF creation.

Responsibilities

• Understand POC based project and revenue planning.
• Be able to do basic commissioning and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
• Coordinate and prepare HOD documents and take signoff from customer.
