Job summary

Oswal Minerals is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead budgeting, scheduling, and supervision across construction, refurbishment and related projects in Bengaluru. You will coordinate architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors and admin staff to ensure timely delivery within budget and high quality standards.

The role requires close collaboration with senior management to implement systems, monitor progress, and produce weekly project snapshots and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed budgets as may be required along with the QS team.
• Prepare detailed project management, design and construction schedules for construction, restrain and refurbishment projects.
• Supervise the Construction Managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.
• Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within the budget.
• To help create implementation of systems and processes to guarantee cost and timely & reporting process etc.
• To create periodic reports for various projects and prepare weekly projects snapshots and action plan.
• Coordinate and manage Architects, Designers, Consultants, Purchase & Admin personnel, Technical Teams, Contractors, Vendors, Supervisors etc.
• Review the quanty o takes and billing process including their approvals through respecve departments.
• Ensure a strong reporng system as per requirements of senior management and track the same.
• Timely solving of issues which will impact progress and delivery of project and to get the project back on track.Role & responsibilities
