Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support cost management across high-rise and Mivan projects. You will assist in BOQ preparation, perform quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models, and support budgeting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities include tender documentation, contract administration under guidance, collaboration with site engineers and procurement teams, and maintaining accurate cost reporting through BIM/ERP systems.

• Assist in preparing detailed Bills of Quantities for high-rise and Mivan projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Perform material and quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models to support budgeting and procurement.
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and variance analysis to maintain financial discipline across projects.
• Assist in tender documentation, bid evaluation, and contract administration under guidance of senior QS/cost managers.
• Collaborate with site engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of cost-related tasks.
• Work with BIM/ERP systems for data entry, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare MIS reports, cost summaries, and documentation for management review.
