Job summary

Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented professional to maintain and update internal engineering lists, verify model measurements, and organize documentation packages for hydraulic projects in Bhopal.

You will support data management, review drawings, and coordinate with project engineers to ensure accurate records and smooth data flow across R&D teams. A technical diploma or degree and hands-on experience in documentation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, or related technical discipline.
• Experience in engineering documentation, layout support, or technical data management.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools and engineering data management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good Communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured and process environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update internal engineering lists related to models, project documentation, and hydraulic databases.

• Coordinate with hydraulic project engineers and layout teams to ensure smooth data flow.
• Provide administrative and technical support for R&D documentation activities.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, records, and technical archives.
• Support global engineering teams through timely data management and coordination.
